        High Efficiency Thickener Introduction:

        Thickener is applied to the processing of the thickener concentrates and tailing dewatering, 20%-30% of the pulp are improved to about 40%-70%. High efficiency concentrator is widely used in the metallurgical, chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental protection and other industries.

        High efficiency thickener actually is not a simple sedimentation device, but a new type of dewatering equipment combined with slurry filtration performance.

        High Efficiency Thickener Features and Characteristics:

        1. Add flocculent to increase the size of the sedimentation solid particles, thus speeding up the settling velocity.

        2. Install the inclined plate to shorten the sedimentation distance of the mineral particle, and increase the sedimentation area.

        3. High efficiency thickener plays an important role to the flocculation, filtering, compression of the slurry sedimentation layer and the high efficiency concentrator can improve the handling capacity.

        4. High efficiency thickener is equipped with a complete self-control facilities.

        Technical Performance of Efficient Modified Thickener Main Characteristic of Efficient Modified Thickener :

        (1)(1) A deaerating tank is added for preventing solid particles from attaching to air bubbles;

        (2)(2) A feeding pipe is under liquid level, avoiding entrance of air in feeding;

        (3)(3) An internal overflow weir additionally provided ensures materials to flow in the given path, avoiding “short pass” phenomenon;

        (4)(4) The overflow weir is set as the zigzag form, which improves the suction of partial drainage caused by out-of-level of the overflow weir。
